REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Rhea County Parks & Recreation Master Plan


Rhea County, Tennessee is seeking a qualified consultant to complete a parks and recreation master plan for the County.  The consultant will manage the planning process, facilitate public engagement efforts, and draft the final plan. The consultant will be selected through a competitive process based on their qualifications, experience, and capacity. Required project activities for the consultant include but are not limited to: inventory of existing recreation assets; needs assessment; public involvement; plan development; and project evaluation.
